No, these have been rusting for a while. You would swear that they have been sitting in water for a while... The box of 8 were just fine, these were the bad ones.

Actually, I ordered 12, and got a box of 8, and this bag of **** (four)...

But yes, you are correct, they don't care, and are likely Illegals. The entire PHX ship dept walked out, and they were basically replaced with "Illegals". I talked to a long-standing employee, and this is pretty much what he said. I try not to have to order from that whse, but rather from one in Alb.
