Hello All,
I Need new tires for a 69 Coronet 4 door, I have a set of 14" Cragar S/S's, 14x5 in the front and 14x8 in the back. What is the biggest size of tire I could run in the rear without rubbing concerns? I've found tons of info on the 2 door versions but cannot find squat on a 4 door. Would assume it's going to be similar but it has a lower wheel well opening. Biggest tire I've found that is reasonable is a 215/60/R14. Could move up to 15" rims and have better options but trying to keep this low buck as possible.

Thanks all!

Cole;I've got a set of 235-60R14's that came on the Plymouth;they were on a 6" wheels and had no clearance issues. A little rub at the front at full lock turning. I'd think a 275 would fit in the rear-with the proper backspacing-the fronts...maybe a 215? I've got to think the wheelhouse dimensions are similar. Clearance issues might arise when turning. I'll let the experts offer better advice...
