Replacing the wiper switch, 69 GTX

What do I need to do to get the instrument panel out so I can change the wiper switch on my 69 GTX?

I was able to change mine from underneath on my 70 Roadrunner by removing ashtray reciever and removing defroster hose. I then removed washer spray button first so I could get to wiper switch easier. I worked from underneath, but looked thru ashtray area. I used a long Phillips screwdriver, it was cramped, but doable. I have a starter screwdriver that holds the screw, which helped on install. This was easier for me than removing dash bezel.
