Haha.. that's a great story. Never ceases to amaze me how stupid some supposedly intelligent people can be. That's what happens when you swallow the green hoax hook, line, and sinker. Did he learn his lesson about being a goody two-shoes mindless retard? Doubt it.
anyone that even pays MSRP is getting raped !!

Went to my 50th reninion last September. Decided to take I-5 vs Hwy99. Too much construction. I must of counted over 20 Teslas, all loaping along behind the semis doing50.
We were driving along the stretch from Willow Springs and Stockton. Had to make a pit stop about 150 miles from Stockton. At the minimart a guy in a Tesla pulled in next to my CTD.

Anyway, we went inside and as were standing in the checkout line I struck up a bit of chit chat with him. I asked how he likes his Tesla which he seemed pretty satisfied with the car. I then told him what I observed on the freeway, Teslas doing 55. He replied that on the stretch of I-5 from the Grapevine to Stockton there were no charging stations. He told me that if he were to do 70 and up he’d run out of battery. I wished him safe travels. Thought about offering him a tow off the freeway if we saw him on the side of the road but I didn’t.
