Congrats on the new litter. I'm fond of all animals. Had cats and dogs growing up. Trying to talk the wife into getting a cat. My mom's cat just had a litter(2).

You're a good man for having such a level head, if some dog on the loose came onto my property and killed my cat and injured someone I love I would be in jail right now guaranteed. Glad to see you have some new kittens, they have a way of easing pain or relieving stress, the apocalypse could be upon us and you would just have to look at a kitten and all you would be able to think is ''awwww'' lol

I also had a pitbull who got along great with my cat, they would play fight all the time, chase each other around and always slept together haha.

Good news Rusty. Life goes on. I'm really glad to hear that your wife is ok.

Wow! Just like that huh? Glad things are looking up.

That's cool there are some cat lovers out there. I usually only hear my friends talk about dogs. One of the fondest memories of my life was 2 yrs ago being right there when our momma cat gave birth to her 4 kittens. We don't have kids and so that and the next 5 months before we adopted them out was really something special.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!! Congrats, Rusty!!!!
We recently adopted three babies from the SPCA.... so that brings our total to 4 cats!! The more the merrier!!

Updated kitten pics

Here they are in all their glory.

Sorry about losing your cat but that's great on the new ones! We had a part Maine coon that would fetch and my youngest daughter has a full blood MC and he's the same way.....but our cats were/are house cats and never went outside. We also have prairie dogs and have for the past 15 years. Our 13 year old passed away recently and we ended up with one that someone couldn't keep anymore and got two more about a year later. Now those critters are nuts! Never thought they would make cool pets. My neighbor has 4 dogs that range from small to very large and they used to bark all the time. City ordinance says no more than two so I told them to either do something about the barking or I would. A couple of them sound mean as hell too and the wood fence that separates us is only 25 years old...and about to fall down. Anyways, I'm always armed when I walk out back. I'd hate like hell to shoot someone's baby but if one of them see's me as their dinner, I won't hesitate. I've been attacked before and it ain't going to happen ever again if I can help it.

a gut shot dog will always run home and die, no muss no fuss...just sayin
