I would be hesitant on a magnet - they are fine on doors but I wouldn’t want to use it on the roof - depends how fast your drive I guess. Wrap is best option and is removable if you want to sell, etc.

Hi everyone. I am in need of some help please.... I have a 69 Charger - General Lee and am looking to have an American Flag magnet made to cover over the Confederate Flag. I like this idea vs. permanent removal & then painting of the American Flag at the moment. The repainting option is a lot of work and $ as well. The magnet should work well, I just don't trust vista print or staples to make a magnet that 1) is safe and 2) looks good.

Does anyone have experience / recommendations on a place to get a custom one made?

For anyone here that thinks ahh just drive it.... Well, I bet you a dollar that that car is a trigger for a bunch of people. We have a whole generation coming around that have no Idea about the show. When the Confederate Flag has become a symbol of hate thats just what it is. There is no reasoning with narrow minded butt hurt people. I can see the OP concerns.

Sadly this is true. I hate hearing that people are thinking about removing the flag but I also understand depending on where you live flying that flag may very mean your car gets destroyed and... maybe even you drug out and kicked to death. It's a sad state of affairs, if your flying that flag you better be armed to the gills. When you see these people destroying Abraham Lincoln monuments you just have to accept the fact that we're dealing with not just violent but ignorant *** people.

I vote wrap, very common option nowadays and will look better than a magnet.

Just find a local sign shop. We have a few around here that do great work and can make it happen. But if I were you I wouldn’t change the General’s Battle Regalia without his approval. Have you considered just vinyl wrapping with a color match or satin black? 3M makes vinyls in every color, texture, and finish imaginable and it would probably look better in the end.

You do Realize all the Bubba's are going to take offense to this. Just go to your nearest sign company give them the measurements and they'll print it out on a laser.
