I’m converting my 69 Coronet from a 340 to a 440 but keeping my 833. Will the 833 location be different or will it stay in the same place?

I did some searches based on driveline length but couldn’t find anything useful.

should be the same but get correct bellhousing/ front bearing retainer lined up and

front motor mounts
check and see if the z bar changes
is your crank in the 440 drilled for 4 speed
lots of gotchas to check
like fan shroud how wide is your radiator opening ?

he wus
you have the 440 built already
you might think of a 426 small block with Aluminum heads
or even a new hemi
440 does not handle nearly as well if you are actually going to drive it- think at least 1" torsion bars unless drag only

440 will be fine in a B body RE weight distribution.

Trans should be in the same place.

Is the 68/69 K frame different between SB and BB?
