Share your positive experience you had with a company

The last great experience I had was at Performance Transmissions 631 West Van Buren Street, Clinton, IL 61727 (217) 935-5352
There's no other place I'll ever take a Mopar transmission....kevlar clutches, billet bands and drums, griner brake, and 9 second time slips at 4250# race weight.

Legendary Auto interiors-needed blue tuxedo interior parts lady I talked to knew what I wanted right away, also Kramers get my stuff next day most of the time.

I had my tranny rebuilt by Pfeiffer transmissions last year for my 72 satty 451 with 727. Last week I lost first. I called and he said bring it in on monday. I dropped it off and on Tuesday he called and said it was done. He told me the governor had failed. He replaced it for FREE!! He showed me what failed ( said he'd never seen it before) the piston or housing had distorted and wouldn't allow full travel. Even double checked filter and replaced fluid for NOTHING!! They are in Winthrop Harbor Illinois, right on the Il/Wi border. What a GREAT company to do business with!! TAKE CARE HOWARD

Kramer

Bought some things from Kramer 10 days ago had hoped to get the parts in a couple of days nothing, called today to check on the order, they had forgot to fill it,gave me 10% discount and promised it would be here tomorrow,Ifigured I cant beat that.

Summit Racing. Everytime, without fail and without exception that I have dealt with them it has always been good. Gone to their Georgia store a number of times since it is right up the road. A few times, they've not had what I wanted in stock. Everytime, they dropped shipped it completely FREE of shipping or handling and even gave me a 25 buck coupon off on top of that. I once had to wait over two hours to get some tires mounted. My salesman went to upper management himself and three days later, I had a 50 dollar coupon in the mail with a signed letter of apology from the main store manager, and we never complained to anyone. I've seen people tell about bad experiences with Summit, but I have dealt with them since about 1980 and I have never had one problem. I cannot recommend them enough.

Accessible Systems (TN) makers of rotisseries, etc- Awesome!! I got the 1500, he discounted it $100 because the light duty one was on sale, got it to me in under a week, answered all my questions... I mounted the bird up, after punching a few holes in the adapters, no flex in the rotisserie... The regular wheels are big enough to make the lip getting it in my garage.... Definitely worth the money (and the time saving of building my own).
Also have to agree with RatRod- Summit rocks. Herbs on the otherhand...when I was at Carlisle, we were looking for a 6 pack setup....they had one, but the price tag had slipped to where I couldn't read it. I moved it, read it, and a guy came over. I was about to lay down the cash when this a&&@&@ checks the tag, looks at me, and walks away. Not even a 'can I help you?' So they lost out on over 2 grand. And any future purchases.

Chicago Connection - orderd a TTI 3" header back full exhaust system and some other parts. Bill (the owner?) calls me up Saturday and says that he has the parts and is willing to drop them off at my house since he lives nearby and will not charge me the shipping for the massive box. Done deal!! Saturday night I met Bill nearby my house where he was having dinner and took delivery. He's got my future business. TTI headers, exhaust and electric cutouts are going on this week FTW!!!

521 Restorations. Jeff is great. super fast response to messages. good prices, fair shipping, and fast.

Great experience getting parts thru Rock Auto. The parts came in a couple of days and were right. I had to return a part I did not need and I had the credit back on to my CC in a few days. Great company to do business with!!

I had a good experience in the bathroom this mornin. I went in feelin bloated and came out feelin free.

A real car gal. Not a wanna be.
Honest! Doesn't beat around the bush.
(Besides, who has time for that B.S.?)

As a past & current customer, I will be sending parts in the future. I highly recommend the services performed for every reason that would have you go there, return and recommend this type of work to other people. Strangers and family.

The hardest part is picking a color and waiting like a kid at Christmas time to open your presents. But worry not. Times are short. The approx. time of wait is given for the work to be performed and delivered. So far, every time has been dead on or early.

A great service of quality work is performed which is a great deal for those of us that live in out laying points.

(Clean and degrease your parts for a quicker return time!)

(P.S. If I have done biz with you before and you want a review, be prepared for a brutal honest review in which you may not enjoy reading. I'll not lie an inch in either direction. Mostly because I do not care, care to lie or help you stick it to another MoPar or car brother or sister in any way shape or form. There are enough scum bags screwing us in the auto industry and getting rid of one would only make me and others happy that your gone.)

Wow Rumblefish360, thank you for the great No-B.S. review! I always enjoy working with you and am happy to report that your latest tunnel ram and Street Dominator are already about done. :-D No powder **** yet but I'll have some for you soon.

Thanks again for the honest commentary. I truly appreciate it!

I just had a good experience with Accurate Exhaust. I took advantage of their Black Friday sale. I placed the order on the night before Thanksgiving. That next day I got an email that the order was shipped, but more important they sent a second email that said that on the order form they overcharged me for shipping and wanted me to call them so they can give me the credit for it. So with fast shipping, and being honest about the over charge I will always highly recommend them to anyone!

Bill Reilly @ RMS (Reilly MotorSports.) Very knowledgable, answers all you questions, AMERICAN made product!
I bought his AlterKation suspension set up. Very nice looking piece and a completed package. Great place to do business with!!!

I will second that. I also bought one of his units with the brake kit and he was good to talk to.
Dan at Performance Only............WOW is all that needs to be said. Fantastic service and guy to talk to. Has an excellent reputation and that's why he is
building my 588" blown Hemi.
Wayne Brewer ( Brewer Performance ) - super nice guy to deal with. A big thanks to him.
Rich at R&D racing - excellent vendor
Bob George at BG Racing - excellent guy to deal with.
Tim Banning of FHO - another great guy.
The guys at GPR aluminum rods - thumbs up
Littlefield blowers - great helpful bunch.
Chris Lunn at Mopac auto supply - excellent guy to deal with and my go to guy for my parts here locally and my engine assembler for my 493 stroker.
Johnny Cleveland racing engines - Great guy to deal with and loves to talk. Did the machining and balancing for my 493 stroker.
Summit racing parts - great vendor
Comp Cams - great vendor.

These guys have given lots of their time talking and answering a lot of questions and that means a lot to me.

Ok, here's a huge thumbs up to Jeff and Mike at "Car Crazy Fiberglass". Mike is a member here that goes by the name of 'superstock440'. I bought an RO style scoop for my 1966 Belvedere. The first was damaged in shipping and they immediatly formed up another one and shipped it out to me no questions asked.
They are making some good products for a very reasonable price!

I'll give my support to Summit Racing since the mid 80's, great customer service {usually get my parts within 2 days, even up here in the sticks, no extra shipping costs & sometime no shipping costs at all}... Also Mancini Racing for all my Mopar Performance Parts & custom aluminum radiator {old Direct Connection} also never had a real issue with anything, that couldn't be quickly resolved, great guys even all the new guys, Dealing with them since the mid 70's when it was Ron Mancini that I would see at the track all the time... Also Flowmasters, Scavenger Collectors, 50 series Delta race mufflers & mandrel bent 3" exhaust system out the back, great fitting, easy install, quality products & even better performance, even thou they are owned by B&M & others now, not the old original owner from Santa Rosa Ca. that I would see at the track all the time, that I used his products for near 40 years, still 100% USA Made in Sacramento Ca. now... Also Schumacher Creative Services www.engine-swap.com out of Washington state, have great fitting Mopar Exhaust Headers & specialize in Mopar Engine swaps... Also TTI Exhaust & Headers, pricey but fit great for street headers... Also Edelbrock, Intakes & Cylinder heads, superior 100% USA made products {not a big fan of their carbs thou}... Also formerly Cap Automotive Products now owned by QA1, great reasonably priced & USA made product & customer support, they're retooling for many Mopar suspension parts currently thou, or were at-least the last time I checked.... Calvert Cal-Tracs suspension parts also great 100% USA made products with decent customer service.... LaRoy Engines, with IQ52/Jim & Cody LaRoy out of Challis Idaho for all their cylinder head knowledge, Mopar Engine contests & all the help, testing & sharing information freely or given on several Mopar forums...

Oh yeah thanks to all my old buddies in Concord, Sacramento & Long Beach gangs....

I was in Sherman and Associates today. They did not have what I needed for my newer truck. But I spent some time talking to the counterman. If they carry what you need, don't be afraid to ask if they have your part in a "slightly damaged" state. Lots of newer Cheby, Ferd, and Dodge tailgates that I saw. A few Cheby doors, and Ferd hoods. Dont hurt to ask!
