So what type of razors do you use. I just hacked my face up as i ran out of the disposable i was using and used some cheap one. I tried a old fashioned double blade but i didn't care for that either. Disposable ones, decent brands aren't cheap. Ive heard dry them out after use they will last longer. Any thoughts other than growing a beard LOL

5 blade Shick with a lotion bar and foam shaving cream.

The trick to shaving my thick nasty facial hair has little to do with the razor but instead making sure to shave the second I get out of a hot shower when the hair is still soft. If I shave in any other way it feels like I'm waxing my face, not shaving it! I do get sick of the razor companies constantly discontinuing their models for the next biggest thing (more blades!!!).

My son got me an old-fashioned double-edge razor for Christmas, and I will never buy any other kind.

The wife gave me an electric for Christmas last year and used it for awhile just could not get use to it went back to the Gelett razor but have not bought blades for 2 years so I guess it is obsolete now.

I switched to an old school double edge razor and will never go back to being ripped off by modern blades. Each blade costs $0.12 and I get about 6 or 7 shaves per blade, plus once I got used to it, it's the best shave I've ever had.

Got a good old Norelco. Never understood the point of getting my face baby-*** smooth when I'll have stubble on it an hour later. :)

I use the mach 3 razors...as I shave my head/face while in the shower-we buy them in bulk at Costco...they've never cut me.

I use the mach 3 also. I don't have a heavy beard so each razor lasts me a few weeks. I do rinse and dry them after each use.

I just use the simple non-pivoting Bic disposables, been using them for years. I don't understand why these companies keep jacking with their product. Now, I have use the old fashion style shaving mug and Badger brush as it's so much more economical then a can of shave cream.

Not to be a party pooper but is this where the Forum has "gone"?

What type of Razor do you use?

I'm lost...again, political SPAM and questions like what type of razors are we using?

Whew, I must be getting too old for this forum!

Sorry Steve!

Philips electric for me. Gone in 60 seconds. I tried shaving with a disposable...takes way too long.
