I have made some more progress on the PERV van,aka Pete's Excellent Recreational Vehicle. I replaced the drivers side rocker panel, and the lower quarter panel.
This is the original rocker panel. I also replaced the brake rotors and pads, and the calipers and brake hoses. I also bought new side pipes and the side pipe hook up kit too.
This was the lower quarter panel before I replaced it. The only rust is on the lower outer panels, the floors, frame, and inner structure is mint! I got the rocker panel and the lower quarter panel from Tabco, if anyone needs to get some. I paid a little over $100 for both pieces, shipped to my door. They fit pretty well too.

I got one of the side pipes mounted on the van today. I didn't like the lag type mounting hardware that came with the pipes, I ended up drilling holes and welding nuts to the rocker panel, and mounted them with bolts instead.
