Suggestions to raise rear by 1" or 2"

If you notice the fender lip is about 1 inch above the lip of the wheel. I used a taller tire on the rear to give the illusion of being lifted higher than it really is.

yeah I notice that immediately hence the guess on the height, what are those 245/70-15's? I'm running 255/60-15 on mine.
