After considering my options on this issue i think i will go for a repair, which will require to remove the header.
At the moment i don't want to spend another 3-3.5K on this.
I will have to remove the header and get it fixed, in the mean time i can do something about the threaded holes on the cylinder head and get some heli coils installed...if i get the space.
How much the engine requires to be lifted to get these headers out?
Would i make it without pulling the engine out? (assume the header comes out from top?)
Guess the first stop would be the bellhousing touching the fire wall right?
Radiator fan etc. i will also remove to get some other things done so that will clear everything.
