I'll run the single carb guys at larue in Ohio, if you're ever this way... Went 10.42 after breaking my bellhousing in half and through 2 1/2" exhaust to the able. Now with the JW bellhousing and just finished 3 1/2" exhaust, I should pick up some ET. The 8" converter I got from SSR works nicely too....

I told you that was a good converter. I got a back up converter now that is almost identical to that one.

Yeah - I spent some $$ to make my motor a bigger dick than it was stock just recently. I also think to myself what's the point I'm never going to use it. Not like back in the day when you met someone on the street and had it out. Now it all has to be at the strip - which I don't think is much fun - let alone the fact that there's so few places to drag any longer. I'll stretch my motor out a bit - but at the end of the day it won't be like back in the day......

Fontana isn't that far from you. Cmon you know it's a disease that once you got it your infected for life. Just because it's an hour drive shouldn't stop you from going to the track. I'm getting closer but life keeps getting in the way..
