Trouble at Taco Bell....

That's messed up!!

Taco Bell is by far my favorite of the fast food options, never had a problem and the food isn't nasty greasy like the burger joints... they prepare it in sight here in Ohio too.

You being Mexican can you explain what a real taco is? Not being a smart *** but I eat at a few Mexican restaurants ran by Mexicans and their Taco's are just unseasoned beef in a shell.. really bland? I do prefer the rest of their fooid over Taco Bell though just not the Taco's.

We vacationed in Mexico once, I was super excited to see what real Mexican food was like until I walked into the "Mexican" restaurant and it was all seafood:mad:... I hate seafood!!! It was a resort in Riviera Mia so I suppose maybe seafood is the thing there??
:lol::lol::lol:
I don't want to be a smart *** either but the best Mexican cuisine are the one you're gonna find here in small restaurants or "fondas " and in markets, an advice for you, next time you visit Mexico , better ask the guys ( car washers, front desk, janitors you know those guys ) in the hotel where you can eat good tacos ,FYA you went to the most expensive place in Mexico , and the infrastructure and the restaurant there are designed for tourist, not Mexicans, so, follow my advice next time, you went to a sea food restaurant not a Mexican food one.

"...most of the true Mexican food comes out of New Mexico and Texas. Not Mexico. ...cr8crshr/Bill"

So, Mexico does not have 'true' Mexican food? I'm just trying to understand your comment.

I work with people of Mexican decent who will argue that most Mexican restaurants in the states are not serving 'true Mexican food'. I don't get that either, when I can clearly see the restaurant employees are also of Mexican decent. Like any other foods, 'Mexican' food typically varies depending on where the cook originates from, what their palate prefers, and what they have experience in cooking...same as any other foods.

I have had very flavorful as well as very bland Mexican food in many different states...including TX and NM. (Some of the most bland was in the Dallas area!)

Some prefer a chain restaurant for the meal consistency (same no matter where you are, i.e.: Taco Bell). I will almost always choose a Mom-n-Pop over a chain, just to experience variety.

Finally, I wouldn't rule out Taco Bell if I am hankerin' for 'Mexican' and that is my only option.

Cheers!

The resort advertised Italian, Mexican and American as the restaurant types... I agree it's tourist oriented so I should have known better. I'm only curious because Mexican type food is my #1 choice and frequent the Mexican ran and operated restaurant near me.

I think you need to re read what I posted, putting an awful lot of words in my mouth:realcrazy:. I dislike fast food for the most part but if I need to grab a bite on the go I prefer Taco Bell over the other fast food options but not over REAL food.
Come on now!!! Putting words into your mouth??? NOT!!! Now re-read what I wrote and then say that again because all I merely stated was my opinion on Taco Hell. It isn't real food. And the best Mexican food I have had is from Texas and New Mexico. Not in Maryland or any other place. And I have eaten a ton of it through out this land...cr8crshr/Bill:usflag::usflag::usflag:

I just remember seeing the meat
Being served out like it was like soft serve ice cream injected into the burrito or taco and it just lost
Any appeal of being eatable to me..

The news is very biased....Was anyone who is reading this there and witnessed the whole thing? could be she had it coming.....Who gives a **** she was pregnant , whats that got to do with anything? some people need to be strangled once in a while

The problem is I like most of the food at Taco Bell. I get a craving almost every week for TB. When I eat REAL Mexican food I don't like it nearly as well. Here's another Norweigian Taco Bell lover. Chrissy Teigen.
