Vin Tag Installation

Hi Guys, when I was working on the body for my 66 Satty I removed the vin tag from the "A" pillar. Now that I'm ready to drive the car I would like to re-install it. I have the correct rivets but I don't know weather it reads from bottom up or top down. If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks Brian
