What did you do to your Mopar today?

Did some cleaning to it, in anticipation of putting it up for sale soon.

poked the heck out of my fingers plumbing the remote power steering reservoir with braided teflon lines.

Drove the '65 all day today enjoying sunny 77* weather. :glasses1:

Put in a new fuel filter, and a custom fit set of wires. Tomorrow I wake it from it's hibernation.

The top is after and bottom is before it all began. Wiring cleaned up re-ran around outside rather than over the top of the valve cover. Still plenty of work to do underneath the hood but not too bad, I think?

Spent all day Saturday cleaning, buffing & waxing the exterior of the yellow Charger. What a difference! :headbang:

Brought it home out of winter hibernation yesterday.

I put fuel in it and woke it from hibernation. Next weekend I replace the pitman arm then it's road ready.

Drove it down to my friends shop/barbeque (GREAT, huh?), put it on the lift and hooked up the cooling system pressure tester.

Bad news/good news- The freeze plug leak I was sure was between the block and trans, may, just may, be the one behind the starter.

I also noticed my LBJs need replaced. Not a big deal, but would sure rather do that than these freeze plugs.

Also swapped out the rallye wheels for some chrome Magnum 500's, cause the front tires on the rallye's had busted belts.

Re-installed the Carb after rebuilding it last winter. I forgot where some of the lines hooked up including the linkages, so I have to find my reference pics from last year.... Re-installed the Courtesy light switch after servicing it. I'm glad that worked as it was the 3 prong 1 year only jobbie and I didn't want to spend $60.00 for a NOS piece. I have other things to spend my $$ on.

Got my car out of the shed where it was stored and moved it to the garage. Have a list of things want to do to it. Be nice to drive it soon.

I LMFAO, Been there done that, don't ya' love stainless wrapped lines ? that's rhetorical... thinking about getting these Koul Tools AN #4-#6-#8 assembly tool They have others too, you can buy them 1 at a time for like $20 something, pricey but if you do allot of AN lines/Fitting, it may just be worth it, to save your fingers/hands, anyone use or have them, ? that can comment on if they are worth anything... I've always just done the vice & poke myself, even with a good clean cut & taped etc.

Over the weekend we had to remove the bumper to reinstall a broken filler. What a project. But while I had it all apart I repainted the grilles.
