What did you do to your Mopar today?

I'm guilty as charged, my poor MOPAR as become a storage bin, with sorting out parts. I'm still able to work on the interior and engine, so I can live with it for now...lol.

Nice Christmas lights.

Got the 73 driving under it's own power (using e brake, as m/c is out and lines are cut:))
(Also have 1 gallon gas can swinging from wood brace across hole in trunk as tank is gone)

Removed front lock lugs by pounding on 15/16 12 point socket- BIG THANKS to forum member "68sportsatelliteragtop" for that tip!!!

Painted Pitman arm and center link for 66 using Rustoleum appliance epoxy. We'll see how that does.

We are all pointing our our fingers sternly at you and Sawdoff! Boxes and other garage detritus belongs on the trunks of other brands.

OK;I guess I've been guilty of that once. Maybe twice...

In my defense the box contains the trunk floor extensions. The trunk floor is the next step on the list

Put the 4th coat of rolled-on Rustoleum on the body of the Satellite and painted 3 of the wheels with gloss black Rustoleum. After a couple of days, I'll be wetsanding the paint with 2000 grit (had next to no orange peel, so I'm taking as little of the paint off as possible). Still need to put new shocks and wheel bearings in the car but I'm waiting until payday for that.

Hell if i can makes patch panels, anyone can. Think of it this way... it needed fixing anyway so if you screw up what did you lose

Drove the .... out of mine today and put another 300 miles on odometer. Drove the X like I stole it.

Cleaned up the vent cables on my RR, and repainted the lettering on them. Made some plastic repairs to the lower dash trim pieces, and prep'd the pillar interior moldings for primer/paint.

Over this past weekend, debugged my headlight issue which was having brights only, but no low beams...was a junk brights switch. Also got the car running on Saturday for the first time since April.

Changed the carb from an Edelbrock 750 Performer to the Edelbrock 650 Thunder Series AVS. It made a very noticeable difference driving it on the street. Really pleased with the change.

Yesterday pulled 5th ave out and put 73 in garage.
Happy that was done as it rained like hell this afternoon.
Drove 73 around block with vise grip on e-brake, winshield held in with ratchet strap, and gas can swinging from hole in trunk. Actually drove OK considering...

Today put pitman arm on 66- couldn't find socket (again), so still loose.
Cut and double flared brake line at prop valve (from 5th Ave) to rear on 66 also.
Working underneath the car and against the spring wrap was fun. Glad that's done.

Got another lock lug of the 73.
Tightened alt belt so it don't squeal no more.
Tightened carb base so I don't have to pour gas in to start :)

Stood back, looked at both cars and thought- crap I'm gonna be at this for a long *** while.

Started to clean and sort out extra parts, tools and wiring out of the trunk, i know there's a spare tire fastened down in there.

I managed to put the petals back in so I can install the new master cylinder and booster.

Finally cut the old roof skin off and welded a new skin on my 69 Superbee. Might as well paint the thing now :)

Replaced a console light lens and misc interior stuff

Never thought I would find these especially after I broke the original one that was brittle but found new ones on eBay. Also fixed the glove box latch, was popping up on me while driving, fixed the shift selector light wire was just twisted together...idiots...lol:hello2:
