What did you do to your Mopar today?

Drove the RR to Lowes and to get some coffee. In the Drive Thru, Girl says, " sir can you turn your car off, I can't hear and it's rattling the windows." I say, " No, give me an extra large coffee. " and reved the engine before pulling up. Thank God I got there quick before she put something else in my cup. Think I better find another Dunkin and chill out a little on Saturday morning.

I've done that too and thought the exact same thing...:laughing5:

Changed the fuel pump (was leaking oil everywhere) and today ordered up a tach and some gauges.

Drove it (yay) to the gas station (boo). Got a decent 2nd gear scratch while leaving (yay), then continued on to work (boo).
But it'll be there when I get done (yay).
Skinny chick in the parking lot says "I wondered who's car this was...I LOVE this thing! (o, really....?), you have a brake light out." (Dang)

Dusted off the Bee and drove about ten miles to our monthly "retired car guy" breakfast. We normally get 20-30 people show and today was no exception. It was a beautiful, cool morning, the pipes sounded exceptionally good, and I got to gas it a few times. Life don't get any better. Just love driving that car.

Finally finished restoring brake booster , and painted it gloss black ( 68 RR ) gettin there. Will install restored dash this week.

Got the 18 spline clutch alignment tool from Mancini so I can get my flywheel and clutch back on.

Getting things ready to "de-grease" another engine to put in so as mine can be rebuilt and fixed up this winter, new engine because im not sitting when i have a MOPAR, until the white stuff fly's, sorry for swearing!..

Just got done cleaning the vert up. Had it out 4 nights this week and mashed up a few hundred bugs on the way home! Gotta go, time to get cleaned up for the Sat. night cruise, another 70 miles and 100 smiles!:glasses10:

I got my starter relay changed out so now it is cranking, went for a ride sure was nice. The relay had just been on it for 8 months. It was the best one NAPA sells but it didn't last long. I know being made in INDIA has nothing to do with it. But its going now so I got to get it cleaned up for our first show of the summer next week since it is suppose to cool off some just been too hot all summer. It's going to get better now. Ronnie

I've learned to keep a spare relay in the tool box in the car. The new crap is just that!

Started it up and hit the pedal a few times! I love the smell of this fuel!!!!
