Going to send out my intake to Wilson Manifolds for some porting work by next week, will probably have it back near the end of the month for the next round of fixes / upgrades.

headed to exhaust shop this morning for the TTI 3 in and a set of chambered mufflers

Did nothing to busy working to pay for it. Soon will have enough parts stacked up then will have to get busy

Changed coolant, oil & filter and lubed the chassis. She gets revived and brought back to life tomorrow.

Supposed to have the 68 Satty at the muffler shop at 8:00 this morning. Installing dual exhaust with Dyna Max mufflers Worked till 11:00 PM last night to be able to drive the car there. Didn't get it on the hoist till about noon and that is all they did ALL DAY !!!.....................GRRRRRRR.............MO

A few days ago I changed the front parking brake cable. The hardest part was shoe-horning the firewall seal onto the cable. Now I understand how the birth canal can open wide enough for a child to come out and tighten back up to its original size. :)

Finished up valve body from reverse manual back to stock. Put my ugly fabricated intermediate kickdown rod on, repo was binding up. Looks like bellcrank on trans was tweeked and the one I made aligned better. Opened throttle all the way and adjusted rod with the elongated slot so it would just go on when pushed back all the way at full throttle.

Installing the new power steering gear box that arrived today and putting it in the car tomorrow. Finally....:D

Installed a Tach in my W250 the other day, so I can tell if the 727 and the Cummins are playing well together.
Yeah, I know, it's the kind of tach I use on a lathe or a milling machine, etc... but they only cost $12, and it does the same job as a $200+ diesel tach, and it's one heck of a lot easier to install.
Plus the numbers are real big, which makes it easy for us old guys to read... LOL

I brought the Satellite home from winter hibernation. Way too late of a spring around here.

how high does that 12 dollar tach read?

Last week I replaced the spark plugs. Somtimes I wish I had never installed headers. I may go back to stock exhaust manifolds someday.

Yesterday, I put the seat tracks back together after powder coating. I got new head rests from Classic Industries for the buckets. I ordered new original style bucket seat belts with shoulder belt to replace my aftermarket 3-point belts.
