What did you do to your Mopar today?

First inner frame plate mounted. Stuff is measuring out okay so far.

I sent that same pic to a friend of mine, & told her i was oohing & ahhing. She wrote back asking if i needed a cigarette. I said, yes, and a wet wipe ! Lol

After changing the differential lube, then the engine oil, followed by cleaning up the huge mess when the filter gasket failed, I took the '55 Plymouth to the nearby Quicklane and paid them to change the manual transmission oil.

Nothing !!! had to work all day on a giant 200 foot long oven I'm shot and its 90 degrees out I hate to say it but I can't wait for Fall.

92* here but 98% humidity.

Feels nice until you start doing moderate labor, then it's stifling!

Yeah, that humidity will take you out every time. it's pretty low here most of the time. Very nice day here today.

I refurbished the seat belts on the 68 Satty. They were very dirty and stiff from all the years of non use and being on the floor and under the seats. Crusty in places from stuff being spilled on them. First I brushed them with a small steel brush, then soaked them for several hours in a bucket with hottest tap water and liberal amount of "Dawn" dish soap. Agitated them around and rubbed them by hand, rinsed with cold water, towel dried and hung out to dry. The webbing came out very good, but some of the black finish was worn on the buckles. Masked off the sides and the chrome pin and painted with a couple light coats of SEM Landau black vinyl paint left over from the door panels and rear seat. Pictures show the mask tape was still on the chrome pins, but I am pleased with the results......................MO

In the week or so put tire and changed oil on Satellite. Added a drain valve to the sump of my 65 Dodge so I can drain tank. Made a tee and ran hoses so I can purge old gas out of fuel system. Gas has been in there 18 months or more.

Well, it's not a MOPAR but it's in the same garage. It's MOPAR adjacent...
Took the lawn tractor to the shop and while it's gone I took apart the mower deck and cleaned everything up and painted it. All lubed and tight now with sharp blades and ready to slide under the tractor upon return.

My otherwise extremely dependable 17HP Kohler/ 42"Craftsman has burned up three kevlar belts in the last 9 uses.

Gotta find out why that is happening.

Been mowing 1/2 acre 3 times in 9 days with the 21".

Getting old.

Gotta hit those grease zerts every once in awhile. I actually removed my zerts from the blade housings and replaced them with 45* zerts for easier access.
