What did you do to your Mopar today?

tell your Dad that is very nice look for the Duster Skicker
it breaks it up really good

and for those who thought i was slacking.. :icon_fU: :p
more then halfway thru getting this solid original trunk floor ready to prime and drop in
it needed a 2x3 inch patch and has some pitting in a couple of places
but it is still better then the AMD trunk floor i have in a box
this should fit like a glove and has everything already attached..

Wow . . . Moser delivered the new axles already . . . ordered my taper bearings, races, and seals today . . .

Can not believe that the box is here already - talked on the phone to them on Tuesday . . .

Wiped off the dust on the exterior and engine bay and took it out for a drive.

It's all worth the headache, money, time and effort when you're able to drive it around with no issues.

making progress
more block sanding on the Bee, working on some door dings with the stud welder
finishing up stripping on the rear valance
and getting Trunk floor ready to prime with the doors.
it has gotten a bit cooler around here so
i will start blasting on another section of the 71 shell soon
goal is to finish that up before it gets too cold outside to prime anymore.

Continued working on the undercarriage. Only undercoating is in the fenderwells & the area of the rear upper shock mount.

And got it into paint last night - single stage for this stuff seems to make the most sense . . .

I did work on putting the underhood wiring back in the Valiant today, but I also worked on some garage art ! I've had this original 14x6 Plum Crazy steel wheel kickin' around the shop for a couple years (it was the only wheel left on a Plum '70 Bee in a boneyard). The wheel is a little crispy, but it's original paint. Stopped at a buddy's place today and he was gonna throw this tire out...perfect ! Mounted it up and tossed a cap on it. Will be a cool thing to just have around the shop.

I changed the metering rods to 2 steps leaner for my upcoming 1400 mile road trip. Going to try for 14mpg:bananadance: went for a test drive 'around the block' (35-40 miles).
Put on my hood decals for Mr. Cranium
