What did you do to your Mopar today?

Supersized my front tires. ...drum brake front end......nice.

Finished up swapping the front wheels around, and started on replacing the fuel gauge. I had already converted the original dash and gauge to an Autometer branded gauge - it was the closest size and depth to fit behind the glass etc....you could say it was a no-brainer using Autometer. Recently swapped out the stock fuel sender unit and tank, so the new gauge had a different range and required the dash mods. Simple, I just bought the correct range for the sender.

Mainly for the benefit of @FU64RY and @69a100 ...but others could find some use here.... :D
Start with a little dissection...hacksaw time...

The gauge needs cutting open to get the internal parts out....

I didn’t work on my B Bodies today - but did pick up another Dodge - bought a 2016 Ram 1500 4x4 today. 5.7L Hemi/auto with under 30k miles on it. Got to get used to driving a pickup again

Took the Dart out to a street rod round-up this w/e...A few hateful rolling burnouts and the back tires are toast...New slicks coming soon...:D
About the most fun you can have while costing yourself a few bucks...

Finally getting my rear axle put back together . . .

Center section ( painted with single stage ) bolted up to the axle housing ( Powder coated ) - slight color difference - I can live with it.
And bolted in place with the nuts that were cerakoted - like the way it looks ! ! !

And, got the driver side axle bearing and collar pressed in place . . . and put together . . . ready to add the nuts and get it torqued to specs ! ! !

Picked up a new steering wheel for Montana the other day, and mounted it this morning before heading off to work.
A fitting wheel for an old 1990 W250 Diesel... at least I think so.
The wife thinks I should put one just like it in the Charger, but I already have a nice wheel for that application.

Got the radiator mocked up. Have to take it to my brothers shop so I can get some mounting tabs made and welded on. Then need to find some new hoses to fit to it.
