What did you do to your Mopar today?

Put in the new spark plugs, put it on jackstands to start the Suregrip swap, sat behind the wheel, measured the tire diameter to determine speedo gear needed and gazed in wonder at the crudest pieced together bubblegum welded exhaust system in the world and tried to imagine an economical way to change it enough to be worthy of my new tailpipes. People gripe about $4 gas, how about $600 exhaust systems! Oh yeah, patted myself on the back again for selling that ol' rusty 72 shell and buying a complete and rustfree 74 from CA. Best money I ever spent!

Put poly bushings in the rear shackles, painted rear suspension pieces, getting ready to install the new dana.

Installed new carpet. Will be assembling A pillars, wing vents and window channels and windows into doors in next couple of days.

Changed gear from 2.76 to 3.23 in my Coronet :headbang:

Put new trans lines on, waiting for part in the AM and then rear shocks, fuel tank going in/on.

as i am almost done with my (successfull) therapy against cancer...i have ordered parts to rebuilt my transmission and dropped the parts at a friend of mine, who is gonna help me.
I am picking up life again, were it had stopped since april 29th of last year!!!
Best regards from Holland,
Marcel

Tore dash apart and got fuel gauge working, and installed the new sun tach I bought . It will be ready for the first show!

Installed exhaust cut outs to save time at the track..

I didn't do anything today, but on Friday, to remove a dried up water drip, I spritzed on a few drops of windex onto the top of the door and then wiped it off with a clean towel.

I feel so much better now.:wav::beavisnbutthead:

Finally tightened the wobbly side mirror that had been bugging me since I bought my car a year ago!

Funny
