What did you do to your Mopar today?

Had a beer initially, second one went warm, dumped it... Tried using an easy out to remove snaped cheapo bolt at hood hinge.. Easy out snapped inside snapped bolt.. Threw a fit. Had a Boat drink. Grabbed the plasma cutter and melted the rest of the bolt back to hell. Drilled the hole to 11/32" and welded a new nut on the backside. Installed a new pass. side rear parking brake cable.. welded in the new floor board wiring covers. Resealed over the tabs

What's a boat drink?

Drove my car to work last Friday (24th). Been sitting in the garage ever since.

slapped on a set of 14" ansen slotted rims and drove it to work, at lunch took it on a speed run to taco bell. everyone loves the way it looks, going back to the dog dish caps tonight!
i also started scrubbing the paint job.

Going to the garage in a minute to wire an indicator light on my fuel pump switch. Tired of pulling out in the street and dying because i forgot to hit the switch.

Found my leak in one transmission line that someone decided to connect together with a three inch piece of hose and couple clamps.

Sat in her in the gararge remembering all the good times we had in high school.... Dang, I'm getting old....... LOL!!!

Took off the worthless fuel pressure isolator diaphragm and replaced it with a gage in the engine compartment. What a piece of **** those things are. Near impossible to get all of the air out for one thing and when the coolant heats up it gives you a false reading in the cockpit anyway. Anyone need one cheap????

Spent the AM hours wash and wax the Magnum R/T.Got the front wheels off for polishing. After lunch started battling the rear window regulators on the ragtop. What a pain in the ***. Got one side in but not adjusted correctly, try some more tomorrow. Got cleaned up in time to take the old girl out for a ride to the cruise lot, don't tell the wife I called her that!

Made some progress assembling my heater box today with installing all parts except the panel that houses the blower motor on my 70 Runner. Blower motor was sent to a local guy I know for rebuild today as well.

Tomorrow will be stripping the paint off the window channel, and hopefully, applying 2 coats of Rust Bullet.

Next week should be assembly of the rebuilt steering column so I'm getting closer to finishing my pile up!

Worked on my 71 Barra today, removed the rear bumper so I can send it away for a rechrome, moved the tacho from infront to below the the speedo and .... ****, is that all I did ?

those window regulators really suck to adjust. i think you need another set of hands for the adjustments.get the wifey to hold them while you adjust!:toothy10:
