What did you do to your Mopar today?

set the trans cooler up from a cop car

Cleaned the garage a bit, finished wiring my new autometer gauges, cleaned up the inside of the rear housing and prep'd it for next weekend when I reinstall the new 4.10's. Found the driver's side axle bearing to be completely dry, so removing that and the seals tomorrow.

Took the day off and helped my 16 year old son button up the top of the engine in his Duster and install a flip gas cap.

I ran a power wire from the alternator to the starter relay to charge the battery easier without going thru the whole fuse panel.
I wish I had seen this thread earlier because I have done something to it everyday for at least two weeks now!

Started cleaning and disassembly in the engine bay. Checked my codes and realized my original paint was Jamaica Blue not Ice Blue (What a great color). Put a couple more hours into reshaping driver's right fender. I can't wait until the lower grill valence is delivered from Cudajunction.

That looks AWESOME!!!:headbang: I want to do that with my Satty in the same spot the chargers have

Went into the garage, parted the cover just enough for me to get into the driver's seat and sobbed uncontrollably. :sad8:

Installed a new rear parking brake cable. Tonight I'm putting the diff cover back on and filling with fluid. Then hopefully backing it out of the garage under its own power for the first time in 4 years.

Installed A Complete QA1 front suspension on the 65, pictures to follow

Just crawled out from under my 67 Belvedere Convertible after finishing the last of the undercoating removal on the entire bottom of the car ! ! !

Great Day ! ! ! Glad to have that part of the process completed . . . now it's time to start rebuilding ! ! !

Found a loose connection to the electric fuel pump in the D150, then installed a temporary manual choke cable.
Was real fun on the TQ,

Then got it running and driving under it's own power.

Needs tuning something fierce.

Who decided to put the timing mark under the alternator and in back of the bracket.
Can't see the mark and the balancer at the same time!

...and set the newly upholstered back seat bottom in the Satellite.

Hopefully some of the wrinkles will wear in/ heat stretch/shrink out.

Had hoped to get at least one of the buckets done this week....

Spent the day installing a relay set for my headlights. Awesome results - will be posting them as a separate thread for reference purposes. Thanks to Paladin06 and Propwash for the inspiration to do this job.

Started the GTx up for some more testing on fluctuating ammeter gauge...I did not have this problem before I replaced alternator for a no charge..... a little stump so far.... leading towards rebuilt alternator...... Also pulled out snow blowers, changed oil, carb adjustment.... Hopefully no snow comes.....

ol' analog/point type Regulator probably, check the output of the alternator at the charging post & then see what it is after the regulator...
