Remembered I had better fix the Kubota door that I smashed moving my 4 post hoist... before the Father in Law comes home from Florida. He won't even notice now.... lol

Cut my grass again, it's growing like crazy. Just an acre but damn it's going wild on me.

**** that I shouldn't be doing, but it's more fun than what I'm supposed to be doing.... :D

Sounds familiar, I should be finishing my work on the house but getting this back together is far more rewarding.

I did however finish up an International dozer motor so it can finally leave my garage! I don't know why I take on extra projects.. always regret it. I'm on a mission to purge my garage of everything that is not mine.. next up is dad's truck which is super close.

NICE! I'm supposed to be getting airplanes ready, but later today I'm gonna test out my new "toaster oven" instead, wish me luck...:praying:

Primed my son's Mazda replacement bumper to prep for paint. People back into his car in Colombia, SC all the time. Got one cheap at a you-pull-it place a couple weeks ago.

I should be body-working my 69RR.

My garage occasionally leaked the last 5/6 years where it butts up against the house. Only in the winter time it would leak when snow built against the house. It hardly leaked last two years but this past year worse than ever. Been blaming myself, but I think I found the leak after tearing up the decking along the house.

Well sort of not car related. Learned how to use and STORE a torque wrench. With a little help here.

Finished tidying my garage at home to bring back my A100.

Pictures later. :)

Mowed 4 acres and built a raised bed garden

Damn mowing grass already! We still have snow on the ground and it will be at least another month before I even think of firing up the mower...;)

Slapped up a 12x8 green house just before winter set in last October, now that things are warming up I put some shelving and a couple garden beds in the green house. Without a green house I .was finding that I couldn't start anything outside in the garden until the first week of June or the occasional hard frost over night will kill things off. And June to September is a pretty sort growing season. :)

I dug this hole using a 30# jackhammer for the foundation of my Ham Radio antenna tower. Pouring today. It is 4'6x4'6x8'deep. Actually took me a week to dig and build the rebar cage.

Took on a Dana 60 for a gear swap and removed the spool to install a factory style SureGrip. The customer had a disc brake setup for it and that thing wasn't at all easy. Had to drill an access hole in the axle flanges as there was no way to get the retainer nuts on with the brake kit installed. You could if you removed the E-brake hardware but then once the axle was bolted up, you couldn't get the hardware back on lol. Anyways, it was a fight to the finish on just about everything lol. It left here on Saturday and I shed no tears :D
Anyways, yesterday I drove a total of 140 miles to my oldest daughter's place then went to pick up a new lawn tractor using TSC's trailer....and it rained off and on and the roads sucked with a lot of construction going on all over the place. My clean new to me Dakota looks like it was dipped in mud :( Never got soaked but did get damp enough to have to change shoes and socks. I always take an extra pair of shoes and socks when going to her place lol. Thought I was going to get wetter when a tree fell across the 2 lane highway just a minute or so before I got there while taking the trailer back to TSC but a couple of guys that got there just before I did already had a handle on it. Today is washing some clothes and putting my taxes together. Almost done!

I do that too when I'm on the phone with younger people. I tell them to hold on because I'm not from that generation that grew up with tech and I'm slow...I'm not slow, I just make them wait awhile and then say I'm ready...lol. Like yesterday, I was on with a Delta Faucet rep who sounded like he was 19 years old. He wanted to send me a text and have me send back pics of the part all while staying on the phone call with him. If I were slow that would have been a challenge. The call took awhile but I was up to speed the whole time. Plus I was playing 8 ball on another screen and checking three other sites off and on, including this one and carrying on conversations on all of them...lol.
With my last phone....a samsung galaxy jv7, I couldn't do squat on it while in a conversation with someone. If it was a setting, I couldn't find how to change that. Hated that phone lol. Last week I had a rep for my new generator wanting me to take a pic of the voltage meter while it's running to see what it's doing. What?? I'm telling you what it's doing.

 Hopefully not with a shovel?

It was pretty much hardpan all the way. It came out on 6-8" thick chunks so plenty of shoveling but that was after it all got broke up with the jackhammer and the chunks were removed. A bitch no matter how it happened!

Well I'm close, but not quite there yet ! Gotta get some airplane work done before I take this any further or the boss'll string me up by the nuts ..
