WHAT DO YOU THINK: WHAT´S THE PERFECT ORDER TO RESTORE MY 70´ CHARGER RT?

Ok! Two votes for rotisserie and full paint...lol
The thing is that the car will come to Spain. That´s why I want to do all the technical and mechanical works in USA and then, after bringing the car home, do the appareance works here (interior and paint job). Do you thinks it´s a mistake to do it so?
I shipped my 68 4-speed to East Europe to do all the work. Its gonna save me a ton of money.

Love where your going with this build!

I recently finished my 69 Charger, also restomod. I had mine down to just a bare shell on a rottisere and left nothing untouched. For interior I went with modern Stratus buckets, Chysler 300 rears (all stitched up to look era correct), homemade console and dash with curly maple inserts...... no comparison in comfort:).
With my car being a heavily used car I was skeptical about all the suspension conversion kits and stuck with the stock setup but completely rebuilt it. Stiffer bars and leafs, Polly bushings and all new ball & tie rod joints. It's lowered 2" on 18" fronts and 19" rears and drives like a dream. I honestly prefer it's feel over my new cars and with the Viper 6 speed it gets great mileage too...... overdrive is a must.
I did a few other things like tuck the bumpers in tight, made a shaker scoop for it, added A/C and stereo and rewired the whole car using an American Autowire universal kit to bring it up to date.

I have no regrets other than I wish I would have done the overdrive the first time around instead of a year later. Can't wait to see it come together.

Thanks to everybody for your replies! Regarding the rotisserie and the metal work...car will go to a body shop. Do they have those kind of things there or have have I got to purchase it by myself? Any advice of buying it? I have been told to make as much room as possible in the rear quarters for some big rubber...Any other advice?

They also have a mini tub kit. I would also do the rear spring relocation if you want max tire size.

I'm thinking an original R/T 4 speed would be worth keeping stock. It may even be worth more restored to stock.

Also just an idea you could send the car to AMD to have the metal work done.

So...rotisserie, frame connectors and mini tub kit...any other thing?
I definitely will buy dome things and paint it first of all. I will purchase wheels, brakes and suspenssion. I like Torq Thrust II 245/60/15 front and 275/60/15 rear. Do you recommend any size?
