Whats the worst beer you have ever drank, and why did you drink it???

Colt 45 ??!?? That stuff was great !!!! (... at least I thought so when I was a teen.) They still make that ? I remember the commercial with the guy in the middle of nowhere getting served one of these.

Harley Davidson beer for me. Was under age and it was free.

Used to buy this cheap stuff also, and get Schmidt faced! LOL

Anyone remember Mickeys Big Mouth,
I use to like it when I was younger :realcrazy:
also Old English 800 {?}
I've tried them since, I almost puked...

Dinkelacker {?} Pilsner I think, was another one "I use to like",
when I was much younger, me & my neighbor would drink it working on our cars
it came in a mini keg, like a 2.5 ltr. keg IIRC

I still like a Fosters from time to time...
a couple times a year maybe

I prefer my Samuel Adams "Cream Stout"
or Boston lager, Black & Tan are my favorites
pretty much any of them from SA really
except the Octoberfest Pumpkin Spiced, yuk...

I don't drink much, maybe a 12 pack a month max,
so I tend to buy & also like the more expensive beers
for the taste, instead of worrying about price...

or Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, like most ales it's stout...
or their Nooner Pilsner isn't too shabby...
They both tend to be a bit bitter for some people...
I think the 1st sip is maybe, after that I like the bite...

Kilt Lifter or Arrogant Bastard {seems fitting} I like too,
my Aunt always buys them for me, when ever I go upcountry
& help her out, my Uncle Ron {RIP} use to drink them & Heineken's...
I kind of think some of the lessor known micro brews, stouts & ales
"are an acquired taste"

I tend to like beer with some flavor, thick, dark beers & micro brews
not the typical mass produced watery weak rice beers
Bud, Coors, MGD, Oly, Pabst, Hamms, Schlitz, Lucky Lager swills...

Most any Mexican beer, IMO sucks too...

I can't stand the warm beer/ale stuff...

Damn! I just bought you a 12 pack.
Guess I'll return it.

Old 33, Rolling Rock
Schlitz
Ballantine
Gennie Cream Ale
Stegmaier
Gibbons

There's been a lot of bad beers out there, but my absolute worst had to be in Maine. Don't remember the brand, but some kind of blueberry ale. It just may be the only beer I've never finished.

Must be the same brew as Budweiser !
Every time I pissed in Lake Berryessa I refered to it as "making Budweiser".
The brewery is downstrean in Fairfield...

Worse beer I've ever had was the "Generic Beer"; it was white can, black letters saying 'Beer'. When your under 21, you get what you can. Grew up near Pittsburgh so I think the Generic Beer was bottom of the barrel Iron City Beer.

I drank a lot of Mickey's...I think you can still buy it around here.

How about Old Milwaukee and Milwaukees best?

You mean Milwaukee's Beast ??

Pabst on tap, God knows why. Left 1/2 glass on bar.
It must have been cooled, allowed to warm , and cooled again--skunky. Reminds me of younger days when the local biker- trucker bar had PBR on tap--frosted mugs- hard nosed old woman named "Bat" ( Beatrice) ran it and she loved "her boys" Told the wives we were not there when they called LOL . tilted the mug , slowly poured on the inside to keep down the foam-- scraped the foam off the top with a butter knife so we got a FULL mug. I think the mugs were bigger than 12 oz.---50 cents !!.....................................MO

That Redd Foxx ad was funny. I believe he owned a 73 Road Runner.

We used to call Colt 45 "the hammer", because that's what it felt like you'd been hit in the head with the next morning.

Technically, malt liquors and cream ales are not beers.

They will get you drunker faster, but you will pay the price.

[edit] I should have said "...drunker, faster, cheaper..."
