Tri-Ys, I believe Nascar. 8 becomes 4, becomes 2, becomes 1 for 3 Ys. Pretty rare as rule change allowing tubular headers happened soon after introduction.
More common is the re-popped max wedge manifolds (look like exaggerated HP manifolds)

I think these pics are from Carlisle, right near the Grandstand. I've seen this car several times there. As 70bbd said above, they were a prototype for Nascar, but proved too impractical, and Heavy. Very Rare pieces, and Impressive in person. I'm almost thinking that '64 was for Sale there, but it Wasn't cheap, but Unique...
Yes, took those pics in '23 at Carlisle.

Super rare, I think there are less than a dozen sets known to exist...

@hemi71x
For some reason, I'm thinking only 4 sets known, or that could be how many were MP installed ??? I've probably got pictures of that car from Carlisle, and a close up of the sign board, if I can dig deep enough ?

The cars that had them had a special passenger side inner fender panel that had been modified for clearance for these bulky manifolds. Super rare!

I at one time in the past, owned that manifold pictured in post #1.
It's for the NASCAR Max Wedge cars from back in that era of time.
My understanding is that only 7 pairs of them were ever made.
Further development of them came to a quick ending, as the 426 Hemi engine came along.
I only had that left side manifold, never had a pair.

EDIT:
It's been so long ago, i don't remember what i paid for it when i bought it, and what i sold it for.
And don't remember who i sold it to.
It has changed owners a few times since i let it go.
