Went for a ride around town.
the horses are running and the dogs are out….hey there’s a reason it’s called a barefoot gas pedal right? You guys have more fun than the law should allow. Let The Horses Run!!!
Drove out for a little testing and a local show.I know it cold and nasty in most parts of the country, but many that live in warmer parts are blessed to be able to get out for a joy ride. It's been nice here in Missouri a few days here and there. What is the definition of a nice day, dry, clean and free of salt dust. I know I'm retired, but I get out every chance I get during the day warm or cold if only to run to the store. This was Sunday Shopping on old main street in St Charles Mo.View attachment 692732
I like that color, a close up would be better, but I believe my brothers 1971 dodge truck was about that color.View attachment 1683751 Drove out for a little testing and a local show.
Yours is beautiful!! Very nice! It's been a long time ago and I'm thinking the color on his truck is more like this.View attachment 1683795 Paint is B3 available in '69 and '70. Attended Monster Mopar in St Louis years ago and saw a '69 with B3 and white top. At that point I decided that was the color combination for my '71.
Out of the garage and back in again. Had my garage door serviced today. Spring needed another 4 turns.
I'm not adventurous enough to mess with the springs on my door......I value the teeth I have.
I replaced springs on one of my doors this winter.Out of the garage and back in again. Had my garage door serviced today. Spring needed another 4 turns.

I've always wanted that list of cars that I couldn't live without. Time and reality are everyone's checkmate. This 72 Charger project car was the first one to go. It was a very solid car.

I've done two of them, and I'm not into it either. It took me a while before I had the nuts to stick my hands into the main breaker box too. I had to do it all, all my life. Now, someone does it all, for the rest of my life!! LOL.Out of the garage and back in again. Had my garage door serviced today. Spring needed another 4 turns.

I have always wanted all of them, but at 60 years old I have to face reality. There is no way I can get them all done,it is not going to happen. I sold both of them to friends of mine,so I will see them both get put together in the coming years.I've always wanted that list of cars that I couldn't live without.
