I can NOT snap a pic of our new Facility (We just relocated) but it is the exact same facility that the Jackie Cochran and Col Chuck Yeager pic was shot at.....

You have some neat vintage pics of Edwards AFB back in the 50s and 60s!

Ski, is F-23 a Military designation?
cuz the Northrup assignage is
P-61

The F-23 Black Widow that I'm talking about is the competitor to the F-22
In the post, there is a Canadian Aircraft that looks like this:
Northrups F-23
(Which is rumored to be flying somewhere, an advanced design for limited Recon)

Looks like one of Chris Hadfields' ISS photos of Edwards salt lake. Nice!

Sadly, we are not a Salt Lake....

2 Dry Lake beds
1. Rogers dry lake bed
2. Muroc dry Lake bed

We used to have the "SCTA" Southern Calif Timing Association race out here mid 90s
But after 911 and some advanced development programs, the Edward AFB and Dry Lakes are now CLOSED to everyone except Military and Civilians working here.
