If you like hiking, on Vancouver Island near Tofino you can find a wrecked Canso. It went down in 1945 and was too difficult to retrieve.

This happened 31 years ago today. One Airman died who was onboard way in the back. I was there when it happened in a building about 200 yards away. A very Big bang!

The info I had was the Hustler was being ferried from Ft Worth, TX to Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH.
