I think that was one of our Canadair CT-133 trainers, squadron VU-32 was disbanded in 1992 so the photo is likely at least that old. That model was the Canadian built version of the Lockheed T-33, different from the Lockheed version in that it used a Rolls Royce Nene engine instead of the American Allison.
 
The truck behind the nose of the jet looks fairly new. There is a group that has a museum of older jets at London, Ontario airport. This airport also has a large annual air show that attracts many U.S. aircraft. The guys that own these older aircraft occasionally get them out to blow the cobwebs out of them. I live about 20 miles southeast of the airport and occasionally hear and see them. This photo could have been shot at one of the air shows there.
