You drive like a GIRL...

Nascar, Formula 1, Indycar.... It's all become a bunch of bullshit. Nothing more than marketing. Pretty stickers on cars designed to get maximum exposure for sponsors. Whatever happened to engineering, to the guys that figured the best way to use the rules in their favour. Cheat if you have to, but don't get caught. Be creative, but win!.
Now a driver wins a 2 hr commercial, and then stands on the podium and thanks goodyear/firestone/bridgestone/dunlop/kumho/general/hoosier/stp/shell/esso/sunoco/mobil/amoco/union/pirelli/freds furniture/bob's furniture/mabel's whorehouse.......and then thanks God/Jesus/Yahweh/Alah/Budah....and then his wife/mother/father/ kids/uncle aunt/cousin...

And once were done prostituting ourselves here, then we're stopping at Walmart to buy some cheap **** made in China, before we go home and bitch on our computer about how our economy sucks because everything is made offshore.

Gotta give Rusty props on this post, he doesn't even think she's attractive, but he's defending her as a driver- thumbs up.

Regarding that long list of female drivers- if you look at the number of starts, only a handfull (about 6) can be called serious competitors.

I definately remember Guthrie getting press.

I agree about Muldowney.

One of the earliest plastic model kits I had as a kid was the 1/16 scale Hemi from her dragster.

I never said I hated her. I never took away from her drivin ability. ....and I even admit, certain shots of her are pretty hot.......she just ain't my cup of tea. Not enough meat on her bones. ....and I ain't into BIG women either. Look at Kate Upton for instance. YUM. All I can say is, if you don't think she has talent drivin a car at 195 plus around a NASCAR track, you need psychological help.
