1968 440 4bbl Magnum.

I bought this recently on ebay also for a total of $570. Minus pistons and connector rods. Plan on rebuilding this motor.

always did like the 70 birds, but could never find one.

Looking forward to watching this... Good luck!!

Pictures of the 68 440 Magnum I guess didn't load. Slow internet here, I'll try again later on today after work, got to go.

Roadbird that's a sweet project you have going on.Maybe I'll get a chance to see it when it's done at one of the local shows.I'm hoping to bring my 70 across the line to a few June/July shows.Good Mopar club in Washington State...git er' dunn...

It's going to take some time but I'll definitely check out the shows if I can. I already have a brand new craftsman air compressor from sears, Mig welder, media blast kit with helmet and other goodies from Eastwood being delivered to my home soon. The plan is to try doing it DIY...LOL. Check out my photo gallery and post some comments too the fender tag is photo is on there, check it out.

Doing this car yourself will bring you many happy memory's later on.. Even the rough times as we have all been thru someday will bring a smile thinking back on it.. Just a couple suggestions, Get a box of zip lock bags and a good sharpie pen and keep track of all small parts, Try to keep parts and all the bags with things in them in a spot noone will be moving to get this or that.. Take plenty of pictures and i think its nice to mark down on each one what was being done.. All this is basically for years down the road, except the bag n tag, thats to keep your anger down when trying to find everything when you need it... I almost threw a set of side marker lights out that got moved and i didn't know it, That was almost a 100 + shipping mistake! Just one more, please keep us resto project watchers updated! :) There's a great bunch of guys here that can help you when and if you need it! You picked the best Mopar site on the net to share all this... Good luck!

Thanks so much and I will. Very good advice and can't wait to get home. I got this feeling my girlfriend has a surprise for me about this car and all. Definitely she's going to be surprised when the truck pulls up to the house soon and starts unloading the 69 and 70 RR. LOL.
