Looks like this is going to be another warm-weather race. The current forecast calls for a high temps of 86F on Friday, then 90F on Saturday. Final eliminations on Sunday might be tough to get in with the current forecast of light rain lasting from 10AM to 6PM with thunderstorms hitting from 2-5PM.

Well, here's a first for this little ol' game, we've got 5 players tied for the Top Qualifier title for the 2018 Fitzgerald USA NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals...and they all have the same picks!
Congratulations to 'alsant' (FBBO), 'Back in Time' (FABO), 'Budnicks' (FBBO), 'cuda20' (FABO) and 'johnnycuda' (FABO). Each ended up with 21.5 bonus points by picking the #1 qualifier in both Funny Car and Pro Stock, and the #6 qualifier in Top Fuel.
'64BEL' (FBBO) grabbed the runner-up spot with 19.5 bonus points.

Way to go!!
Good luck all in eliminations tomorrow!

We have 14 players again this week but only 9 different driver combos made up of:
* 5 different Top Fuel drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups. There is a possibility of one head-to-head matchup in Round 2 if both drivers win their opening round of eliminations.
* 5 different Funny Car drivers with one Round 1 head-to-head matchup between #6 qualifier John Force (1 pick) and #11 qualifier Ron Capps (4 picks). There is a possibility of one head-to-head matchups in Round 2 of eliminations.
* 4 different Pro Stock drivers picked this week with one Round 1 head-to-head matchups between #6 qualifier Jason Line (1 pick) and #11 qualifier Erica Enders-Stevens (1 pick). No possibility of a head-to-head matchup in Round 2 of eliminations.

Good luck all!

I knew I should have taken Ron Capps :BangHead:

but I got a few little qualifying points :bananadance:

I thought Greg Anderson would have won too
I did get good points from him :bananadance:

a tricky track, slow as in #'s
