Very nice "threewood". I just sat back and looked this whole post over. I do have one question as to when you ordered your kit from B3racing. What info did you give him so he knew what to send you ? Thanks , Ron

Measure the distance between the combination square and the tip of the valve stem, when the valve is fully seated, using a caliper, feeler gages, or other accurate measuring device. Be sure the square is resting on top of the rocker shaft and the blade is on the same angle as the valve stem or valve spring. Just align the ruler edge with the edge of the spring and measure from the square to the top of the spring retainer. Then, measure the distance from the valve tip to the top of the retainer and subtract that number from the square-to-retainer measurement. The measurement can also be taken directly to the tip of the valve but can be more difficult.
1. Engine type, i.e. BB, SB, Hemi, S6
2. Cylinder head type, i.e. OEM, Edelbrock RPM, Mopar Stage 6, Indy 440-1, etc.
3. The measured distance between the top of the rocker shaft and the valve tip of one intake and one exhaust. (FIG. A)
4. The measured distance from the rocker shaft and the valve stem. (FIG. B)
5. The measured distance between the rocker arm bore and the roller tip. (FIG. C)
6. The rocker shaft diameter. (if not .875)
7. The diameter of the roller on the rocker tip.
8. Intake and exhaust lobe lift from cam card and valve lash.
9. Rocker arm brand, offset and ratio.
10. Name, phone number, and shipping address.
