$500- 68 charger

http://www.autobodyspecialt.com/PDGImages/MP-186L.jpg I don't know if this is what your after? I bought these before I decided to replace the full quarters, these combined with the AMD Dutchmen panel should fix the bottom "don't but ABS's Dutchmen panel, it reguires allot of splicing and isn't a complete panel". The AMD panel is a complete panel but the fit to the quarter will need a little tweaking, either a pie shape added or the bend worked over.

Boy I wish that section under the Dutchman panel was available when I needed one "I had to fab my own". I pretty much replaced everything on the rear of my car including the rear window opening, package tray, Dutchman panel, roof, full quarters, trunk floor, rear valence & corners, and the tail light panel so if I can help in anyway let me know.

Yep very cool to see so many of the patches you need are available. I fab'd all mine up myself, basically just had to do patches in the "face" that comes up from the window shelf all the way around (no real tricky curves). Had holes in all the same places but yours look a good amount bigger so buying some patches is probably the better way to go. Especially with the window shelf itself rotted away along the roofline

That quarter is looking great though!

Yep, the window shelf/lip on top (part of the roof) is not offered as a patch by anyone I have found. I think I can fab the pieces I need that I can't buy. I saw 747's rear window pics on his thread and the ones that CDR put there were helpful, But if anyone else has/know of some pics or vids of charger rear window repairs plz post me a link.
Skip showing off his evil laser eyes.

Here are some pics of the shrinker and stretcher sold through Eastwood we used to form the bends on my 69, and also the pieces we made. These 2 tools really worked out great and saved a bunch of time.

Very helpful and inspiring. Big thnx Hunt.
Dido, I've been wanting to buy those. It's always nice to see someone use them and see them actually work the way they should "I think I'll be buying a set for the next job". Thanks Hunt

I just bought them., $177 total. That and the 3 body parts makes the total on this window repair almost $700 already. OUCH! That's way more than the 1/4 skins.

WOW! Today was like Christmas. The Eastwood shrinker/strechers came already, via USPS., the rear window parts came via UPS and the loaner rotis came via my uncle. All within 1 hr after I came home from work, Fri 13th is going good for me. BTW- My uncle used to worked at a Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth dealership in the 60's & 70's as an expert mechanic., I remember ogling their "1 per store superbird"., Then had his own auto shop for years. He is an old car restorer also, and a very good one I might add.

Looks like shop class is open. Bet you are looking forward to the weekend.

Let the fun begin. Amazingly, after a little adjustment, I can spin it 360 degrees with 1 finger.

I just need to rent them from someone for my window. :) Eastwood has the 2 piece stretcher and shrinker on sale right now.

Now there's an idea . . . I should rent mine out to help out the FBBO family to help get their projects done ! ! What a great idea ! !

Now that's not fair . . . if I cut the back wall of my shop out, then the rotisserie will fit and I could have fun like you . . . I'm currently bumper to bumper, wall to garage door in my shop . . . I need a bigger shop ! !

I'll make a deal with you, I'll buy them , use them on this one job, then sell them to you for half price? > http://www.eastwood.com/shrinker-stretcher-combo-set-two-bodiestwo-jaws.html
Sorry, been slacking on keeping up but "hell yeah, if your serious" I'll buy them when your done. Wow, after reading your last few post looks like things are about to get fun in your garage. In all honesty (all the burns aside) that was one of the most enjoyable part of my build "replacing sheetmetal". Enjoy the rotisserie, they're a life saver.
