I think it will be after I rework it a little to remove the bad paint lines & put the red in the groves. I had him not paint the red as I wasn't happy with the fine lines on the tail light bezels. He painted them free hand and the edges were not clean and crisp. So I decided to do the finish panel myself. Other than that I was happy with everything. Steering wheel was fantastic & vent frames. Now in all fairness someone walking by probably wouldn't notice, but a car show judge would! Which is why I sent it out instead of doing it myself. That's why I'll be doing the grille myself. No sense paying out the nose and then being disapointed. Does anyone who has these companys not have pride in their work anymore. I get so sick of excuses.:elmer:

IMG_20150503_121037.jpgIMG_20150503_121047.jpg Finally got back on the GTX. Soda blasted the grille to remove all the paint. Man that's the way to do this. Took about an hour but did a great job.

These pictures are of just the one area to give everyone an idea of before and after. I tried all the suggested oven cleaner scotch brite, ect. This by far was quickest & easiest.

probably my phone when I took the picture.

If you had a corded phone that took pictures in 1980, I'm very, very impressed! :)

:tongue9: Funny, picture of a picture with phone.

I'm not high tech enough to pull fading out......

Had to say goodbye to Milo yesterday. I will miss him so much. Garage will be a lonely place with out him.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Our pets end up turning into more than just pets but more like a family member. Just to be sure to remember the great memories you have of him to keep you smiling in hard times.

Pretty sad. How old was Milo? Good thing you took some pictures. My condolences.

He was 15 so he had a good long life. Lots of pictures of different adventures we took.

Good vibes your way bro! Here's something that may help.

There are various places in which a dog may be buried. We are thinking now of a Setter, whose coat was flame in the sunshine, and who, so far as we are aware, never entertained a mean or an unworthy thought. This Setter is buried beneath a cherry tree, under four feet of garden loam, and at its proper season the cherry tree strews petals on the green lawn of his grave. Beneath a cherry tree, or an apple, or any flowering shrub, is an excellent place to bury a good dog. Beneath such trees, such shrubs, he slept in the drowsy summer, or gnawed at a flavorous bone, or lifted head to challenge some strange intruder. These are good places, in life or in death. Yet it is a smaller matter. For if the dog be well-remembered, if sometimes he leaps through your dreams actual in life, eyes kindling, laughing, begging, it matters not at all where the dog sleeps. On a hill where the wind is unrebuked, and the trees are roaring, or beside a stream he knew in puppyhood, or somewhere in the flatness of a pasture land where most exhilarating cattle graze. It is all one to you, and nothing is gained, and nothing is lost -- if memory lives. But there is one best place to bury a dog.
If you bury him in this spot, he will come to you when you call -- come to you over the grim, dim frontiers of death, and down the well-remembered path, and to your side again. And though you call a dozen living dogs to heel, they shall not growl at him, nor resent his coming, for he belongs there. People may scoff at you, who see no lightest blade of grass bent by his footfall, who hear no whimper, people who may never really have had a dog. Smile at them, for you shall know something that is hidden from them, and which is well worth knowing. The one best place to bury a dog is in the heart of his master.
