So I think I've located the 7 blade 2863216 18" fan and the AC pulley now to get the rest of the small pieces gathered up to try it out.

Well I got my 22-26 brackets made. Ordered a Hayden fan clutch, 2765 heavy duty. It's for a Jaguar, has a length of 2.67. I had 3.25 from pump flange to radiator so that's why I went with this one. I can always make a spacer if I need to get it closer. Fan & AC pulleys should arrive this week so I can do a mock up this weekend maybe.

So the 18" fan is what a person needs to fit into the plastic 26" fan shroud?
At Mopars in the Park I was looking for fans, they were all over, but I wasn't sure which diameter I needed. Found a 7 blade for $25, was going to come back to it but never did.

Been a while since I checkec in, moving right along and looking great.

You are moving right along and you are still doing a great job.

Thanks guys. G the fan I went with is the one used on 26" AC cars. I think it's referred to as the vicious fan. I got the shroud from Mega Parts. I'll try to get a picture of the brackets posted soon.

So here's some of the conversion brackets I designed and had made. For 22 to 26 radiator. I even put the original slots for the AC condenser in, in case I can use them.

I just picked up a 2863215 fan. Did you get yours mounted up with the Jag clutch?

If I understand right the 16 has more pitch, 2.5" when laying flat on table I think.

I just noticed we have almost identical #s of posts!

Got all my pulley parts!

Hard to see but, I'll have 5/8-3/4 of an inch of clearance once it's all bolted in.
Didn't get much done on the car this weekend. Put some siding on the Carol's garage, mowed, oil change & tire rotation on the Danger Ranger, and new 5" stainless exhaust on the Ram 2500. I'm beat!

Wow that's tight! How much of the fan is in the shroud? Should be about 1/3 of the fan sticking into the shroud.

Haven't got the fan yet. I think it will be just right as fan is supposed to be about 2.5 deep.
