I think that I will look into blacking out behind my grill also. My bright yellow will probably show through quite well.

Kid I put AC in. The pass. side cover came with the kit. I will check and see if the ones I made will work on both sides. The drivers side had studs, the pass. side didn't. I'll check tonight. I can put both pieces in an envelope and mail them. PM me our address.

Super, don't spend more than a stamp or two tho. I'm not going to put the a/c box back in my car for awhile so I had been thinking of a way to block them off. I'll just open a vent window, lol.

Dean I think you will be ok. I believe the stealth heads are the same physical size as the OEMs. The trick flows were about .875 taller than the OEMs, I believe this caused the problem.

thanks again for your help, seeing the progress of your car has given me a little nudge to get back at mine, I just have too many jobs on going, my shell is on the rotisserie and almost ready for primer, I should post some pics soon. Thanks

Picked up some blue touch up paint to seal the edges of the paint for three holes I drilled.

I had to trim the valve cover gaskets for the trick flow heads.

I'm going to be doing some rerouting of the AC lines. I want everything routed on the passenger side. I can't belive someone would route lines like this.

Think I'll flip the condenser to put all the fittings on the opposite side and make some hard lines.

Hung up the roof felt so it can relax before installing.

Also I'm on round 5 or 6 with v belts. Trying to get the right sizes. The ones in the application chart didn't match except the fan belt. Hopefully I'll get the PS & 2 AC belts tomorrow. Then I can get the radiator/shroud installed. Does anyone have a suggestion for what to use to fill in the gaps around the radiator shroud to radiator gaps. I want to try and seal this up the best I can.

I like this routing better for the A/C lines. May even put the drier there also. Looks much cleaner.

I flipped the condenser last night to put the fittings on the passenger side. Need to drill another hole in the drivers side bracket to get it to sit level.

So the line routing will look something like this. I'll run hard lines from the condenser up and over where the hose in the lower left is. That way the AC hoses will lay right with the heater hoses. I'll start ordering fittings and line after I get the radiator and condenser set for the last time. I think after my 5th trip to the parts store I may have the right belts for everything! I was thinking of doing the AC lines in braided line so they wouldn't be so big and bulky. But I'm not sure if that'd look good. What do you guys think.

I have also thought about using braided lines but I haven't decided. I think that your regular lines are looking good as is. I still need to get my A/C, belts, and pullies hooked up but I have no confidence with my knowledge with that stuff yet so I have been putting it off.
You are making it all look good.

On a up note with that big condenser in there I may only have to black out the headlight area.
