Getting some work done , what a mess of parts. Been glass beading parts and trying to full restore every component & nut and bolt on this one. Body leaves for stripping to bare metal next week then off for final body and paint. Hope to be assembling by end of march. Should have pre assemblies done by then. The parts I have to work with are pretty good, some not crrect to car but not many and they are being replaced.

The reassembly of the over restored parts begins, this is the fun part. Not too worried that some parts are plated that should not be, I plan to use the car a lot and hate when parts flash rust after spending time restoring them.Will be built to be driven like it was meant to be.
The car is booked as a feature car for Moparfest this year so there will be a lot of people checking it out, hopefully they like what they see when I am done with it. They body is in for paint so we are progressing.Motor and tranny are also being rebuilt as we speak.

before you go too far, i suggest you read your service manual. your frt brake shoes are on backwards.

Finally got some paint happening, body is lazer straight nice to see. Getting 2 more coats of clear from what you see here once the weather cools a bit, brutally hot right now.

Thanks guys (you to Dave, the roof only got 1 coat of clear just seal er up good before the vinyl goes on) This thing was supposed to make the arena at Moparfest this yr but things have dragged on due to stuff not getting done when people said they would---guess now it will make its first show appearance at Mega Speed 2014, should make a lot of prgress in the next few months ---I will keep posting as I go.

The Bee is back in my shop, time to get busy,turned out very nice-straight--just as nice underneath, got my 440 back from engine shop--we broke it in on the dyno made 470 hp x 562 trq at the flywheel with .030 over, line honing,some porting work on the 906,s, cam change and fussy assembly-will be getting the engine preped for painting.Will be potent driver with great looks.

Gettin a little work done, motors ready for paint, rear window mechs back in working smooth. Car will have standard G70 redline tires but I also have a set of 275 drag radials on 8" rims for the rear when I get bored of the stock look. The aluminum intake has the funney looking 6 in the part # that has been discussed on the forum before.
