As you can see value is a very subjective issue and very dependent on location and potential buyer's experience and desire. I like the 64 SF but I am not into that era of cars really. The 383 4spd definitely would peak some interest but truthfully you can make any car a manual relatively easy these days.
As to value, I see no more than $3000 - $3500 in it as it is. Yeah there will always be those who will say "hell I'd by it yesterday at that $5K" but this is not their deal it is yours. At $3-3.5K you will not feel hurt by the purchase regardless if it turns out to be very rusty because you can probably part it out and get most if not all of your money back.
