That was in his wife's Goat.
Actually no. He's posted 13.9 at 102 for the RR. I guess he's gone 13.3, but have not seen an mph. Probably out there some where.

That is close. Now that the GTO has the modded Tripower Rochester carbs, line lock, and me power shifting, I ran 13.5s, with room for improvement via me driving better. That was in his wife's Goat.
From that thread:Okay. Not sure what your point is.

I didn't post mph, but 106 is the new neighborhood it lives in.Two tales of the track:
13.9s @102 with wheelspin on BF Goodrich T/A radials 275/15s Chrysler electronic ignition system orange box.
13.3s after FBO ignition system w/built in rev limiter, 17" diameter Year One aluminum Rallye rear wheels (8x17 in front) wearing 315/35/17 Toyo Proxes TQ drag radials and power shifting.

Thanks Doug.Something else that hasn't been addressed here. The drivers ability to shift a 4 speed. Definitely a fair amount of ET there. I've watched many videos of 4 speed cars being raced. The conclusion is that most drivers were not as gifted as Ronnie Sox. I can tell you having watched different drivers run our Challenger (yes, I've let more than a few run it) that we are looking at over .5 in ET compared to my ET's. If you wait to pull the shifter until you push the clutch its to late already. When racing I pull on the shifter from the time I the clutch out. When the clutch is touched the pressure on the shifter will cause it to come out of gear. By that time the clutch is no longer needed. Clutch is on its way back up. Full throttle the entire time.
