Best Waxes These Days?

Why do you ot like Maguire's?

I've gotten spoiled by their quick wax.

To me;
Meguiars is a savy marketing business.
Big hype; big show on Speed Channel etc, Barry Meguiar etc.
But: the wax dries hard, not as hard as Turtle Wax, but I find it a bit more difficult to remove.
Finish wise? I'ts OK but I get more durability from "Mother's-Products"
And I think Mother's is a bit cheaper.
I live in the Mojave Desert. Typical daily temps are well over 100+
Hot dry sun and harsh wind. "Sandblast" style wind.
With Meguiar's, my cars seem to lose their wax protective coat quicker.
JUST MY OPINION
Sorry if I offended anyone.

I just tried Mothers California Gold Spray Wax this year and so far have been real impressed with it, It really does look like its advertized just washed shine look, wet look.. I don't know how long between waxes compared to the paste type im familiar with yet but it does make a difference in a right now quick shine..

We've switched to using Meguiar's NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0 on all our vehicles. It's in a deep purple bottle instead of their tan or red bottles.

I've been using the Surf City Barrier Reef. I don't know about their claim that they use white Carnuba rather than the cheaper yellow carnuba. It's supposed to come out with more clarity. Can't notice that much on my yellow Bee but on my red Ram, I can see a difference. I just know that I really like the results. I've tried lots of 'em and I like Meguiars products (not so much for Barry and his dumb *** show) and Mothers too. I'll stick with the Surf City Barrier Reef for now.

A friend of mine introduced me to Wizards--great stuff. I've been a believer in carnauba, but one day in the hot sun and it's basically gone. Wizards has wax for both new paint and cured paint; worth looking into.

That's all my old man uses......Wizard also has a cleaner/protectant for the fella's running any kind of flat/matte/semi finishes. Works great. No streaks or residue.

Petes 53 white carnuba wax from the chemical guys is unbelievable!!!!

I have used Zaino Bros products for a long time and have been very happy with them. Recently (@ monster Mopar in Indy) I realized I had left some of my Zaino products in the Challenger at home, so I purchased some Jax wax products and was very happy with them and they are a bit cheaper than Zaino.

Only Adam's gets applied to my car. In fact, it's getting time to do the full boat again before Autorama!

www.chemicalguys.com They mix a number of big companies waxes for them. I dont how ever like their compounds or polish. Waxes and sealants are excellent though.

A body and paint friend of mine also uses Malco Cherry Flash. He's used it on some of my cars here , and it's made a believer out of me. Hard to find , but if someone wants some , I can get it from my guy. Everyone remember the Malco Gasser ????
