Built 440 or 360 stroker?

Decision

Thanks for the input from everyone. The built 440 comes from the shop on Tuesday and its going into the 69 coronet (500+ hp). I just picked up a complete 1971 440 yesterday (still has std bore!! 68k original miles) with steel crank (thin harmonic balancer?) for $400 and its getting tanked then warmed up and put into my 72 charger.

I have decided to sell the 360 stroker / roller and commit to just big blocks and B bodies. I am going to use the money to put into tranny's and rear ends for my B bodies. I am also selling a 30 over 360 unassembled to help with parts money. already have a couple sets of 440 headers and holley and edelbrock carbs and a set of 904 heads on my shelf in the shed so I can build one pretty cheap with the engine I just picked up (craigslist).

I have an 8 1/4 with not even 3.0 gears in the coronet now...has to go.... just picked up a third member for an 8 3/4 with posi for $200. It has 3.23 gears which will work for a grocery getter ...cant afford a dana right now. Might get a better gear set later on. ...looks damn near unused if thats possible. Will buy the housing from a wrecking yard this weekend.

have one 727 already and am hunting for another to complete my madness.
the charger has a 9 1/4 with suregrip and I think 3.55 gears. I have to re-check. There should be a medical term for this Mopar syndrome addiction.
