Car Shows and lack of Mopars

Mopars at the Red Barns. Sounds like fun
Cars. Barns. Two of my favorite things. Sounds like a good time to me, too.
I'll have to look into going there sometime in the future.

It rained on my car for 6 hours this year. Not exactly a stellar day, after such a long drive and crap weather.

Hey mmissile, I was looking back at the pics I posted in the Red Barns thread. I forgot you were having surgery right after that, did it turn out ok?

A couple more pics from the Red Barns show. The white 65 Coronet is a friend from Tawas. The second one, I believe is one of RVW's, if I remember correctly. third is plowman's, which was on display there. fourth is an A100 that was for sale. I think a buddy of either plowman or rvw bought it. Too bad the weather sucked, they turnout was way down.

We have another show put on by an orgaization that is pretty neat. They will only allow pre 74 vehicles to enter.... Most nights there were typically 300+ cars, and on Halloween last year I think there were over 800.
What's nice is the tuners, new vettes, camaros & showroom cars don't waste space. Why in the hell would anyone think a brand new car is worthy of a classic show??? We can go to any dealership and see your car, then go to the parts dept and see your billet lic plate holder or cold air intake kit...
