Fla 66 Cuda;sorry to hear about your troubles. Hope **** gets much better for you and yours. Sorry,too,about the cat situation. Sounds like I need to come down and talk to your neighbors about spay and neuter. My lady and I have six female furballs;all fixed and all indoor cats-and all rescues and strays. Your neighbors are one of the reasons people dislike felines. Glad the Humane Society came around,but that doesn't solve the problem. YY1 is correct about the euthanasia rate for unwanted cats;it's why mine have good homes. And,there's two others that may come our way due to the same circumstances-being unwanted.

Now;I,too can relate to "waterfront property"; the (somewhat)recent heavy rains in Michigan left me this:

Play nice now, they tolerate your cars (and air compressor), you gotta tolerate the cats (although it sounds like the neighbors could be a bit more responsible).

I'm a car guy and a cat guy (go figure). About 90% of all cats picked up by animal control get euthanized (killed) almost immeadiately upon arrival vs 40% for dogs.
I like dogs too, but cats get a raw deal. Don't get me started on why we're paying a staff of government employees who's 40 hour work week pretty much consists entirely of killing stray animals and unwanted pets.

On a lighter note-

Nice to finally have a morning that doesn't start with rain.
It was kind of fun to plan my day around the bands of rain, using the various animated radar feeds available.

YY ... you would have to change the constitution.... it would have to include making people responsible for their actions. We have 3 cats all have been to the doc for their reproducing skills.

But we wouldnt want to hurt any libs feelings if we made people responsible. So its THA CATS turn!

Richard C. i have thought about that,Al K. i'm over the cat thing [animal control came out this week and removed all but 3] they are supposed to get the others fixed [yea right] and looks like you ain't havin any luck with the weather either,1948 Santa hope your winter place here is ok,PDragon i have given up on my cat issues fightin a loosin battle.
