So at my old house the guy next door is a slum lord .he complained about my company truck f350 with a tool body welder ,comp Torch's ect. So the city came out every week and put a sticker on my truck and each week I fixed the problem they had .... had to put a white mag over the company logo ,had to be parked off the road..... so they were looking for issues and I see this idiot measuring how tall my truck was . It was 3" over the limit. He called they came I proceeded to fire up the blue wrench and cut my light tower off it was the tallest point ! I welded it on 3" lower and said if they come to my house again I will see them in court for harassment. The poor a hole that owned the house always showed it on the weekend so Fri night I'd clean the garage out hoods everywhere engs rears anything that was easy to move and that stuff stayed there all weekend . And I always ran my gas comp even if I didn't need it . He eventually gave up and sold the house to the guy across the street.

That guy asked nicely to keep it Clean for a weekend so he could rent it out .....

Not a problem!

Name of the game people should ask if they have an issue not complain!!!!

Here's what you do, if you REALLY want to hurt them. Sell your house for WAY, WAY less than the current average price in THAT neighborhood. THAT gift will keep on giving for YEARS after your gone, none of them will get what their homes are worth because YOU have set the price bar. They will hate you forever. Last laugh central. I know this because my neighbor across the street did it in a place where I used to live. Took us a year to sell the house and we got like 40,000 less than the recent appraisal. They were friends too, they had to move suddenly to take a great job elsewhere.
