late model hemi into early b bodies

Here ya go Joe...just for you...lol!!!!

If you got a 64-65 2dr hardtop, I will take the measurements of the sail panel board so you can duplicate for just a few dollars instead of buying it. Also my 2 yr old daughter, she loves to "sit and drive" while I work on the car. I will be selling the seats real soon, as soon as my other ones are done. Hope you enjoy the eye candy.

Very cute daughter, she must look like your wife. LOL Well Zack the car is really coming along, looks good.

Hey Zack what kind of material is that sail panel made of? Thickness ? I have mine that I can use as a pattern. The ones in my car are a little wavy and should probably be replaced.

Joe, heres goes nothing. The sail panels are "about" "just over" "a tad bigger" than an 1/8 inch. My dad stopped by today to help me get it installed and 95% of it is done. I could not believe how simple they are to install. I just have some trimming of the excess and gluing the c pillar overlap to do and it's done. We started around 3 and he took off by 5, and I forgot to take some pics, so I'll get some tomorrow and post them. Just as a side note, if your old ones are half way decent to use for a pattern, get some backerboard and make new ones. I would have done that but 99% of mine were missing.

Heres a few pics of the headliner. I does need more tlc, but I'm on the right track.....enjoy.

Haha... that first pic with your kid... it looks a bit like my friend's garage. His son is 3, daughter is 7, and with all the tiny bikes and that pink thing it almost looks like his place (except he has a blue oval, not Mopar).

Car is looking great...

What!!! You dare mention that four letter word!!!lol!! I had the garage clean about 3 weeks ago, and now, well, pictures speak a thousand words.

Thanks for the compliment. I've been watching your thread, gauges turned out real nice, motor looks sweet.

Not only that, but I said a four letter word twice! haha No, he's got a nice car... kenne Bell supercharged, about 500+ hp... very fast!

Thanks... I'm having lots of fun with the car, love these old Mopars!

Coming along nicely, where did you get the rear package tray?

Tin, I got the package tray at the car show (SpringFling) 2 weeks ago, made by REM.

The headliner is not perforated, it was only 30 bucks so I got it, besides, there isn't to much that is original anyway so I figured why not save a few bucks.

Bumpers are ready for paint. Still working on the headliner, trim piece has to be polished and put on, then I can finish the headliner and move on. Getting ansy to "test drive" it again.

Your car is really coming together! It's looking really great too.

I think I speak for us all when I say we need a video of it running damnit!

Do you think you'll have it at the fall fling?

Thanks, I thought for sure your car would be at Spring Fling, if you were there, I didn't see it. Was looking forward to talking with ya. I can get video of it running, but I havent figured out how to post here and know one seems to be able to help, so thats why no video. As far as Fall Fling, the way work is going, (we overhaul cotton pickers and the price is sky high for cotton and let has us busier than a 3 peckered billy goat in a 2 dollar whore house) we may only be able to get Sunday's off and that probably wont work for me cause I need my beauty rest...lol!!!! I'll see what I can do, but wont make any promises.

Hey Zack, quick question, do you have a working Tach? If so, how did you do it??

Tach works just fine, hook up the wire thats labeled tach from the harness and it should work.

If only it were that easy, there is no tach wire in my harness. I have to buy an inductive pick-up from MSD, and wire that to a box from Dakota Digital total about $130 :icon_shaking:

Tin, I thought you got a wiring harness from hotwireauto?????

Hey Zach, I was looking back through your build and noticed something, I think your master is plumbed wrong. I believe the first bowl in the master is the front brakes, and the second is the rears, ( I know because I had to swap mine around ) you might want to double check...
